We caught up with K&N brand manager Lucio Tapia to ask some questions about K&N’s presence at the 2013 SEMA show. "The SEMA show is a great place to discuss new products as well as sales & marketing opportunities with our distributors and retailers. We have a great team of product specialists ready to answer product related questions," said Mr. Tapia. When asked about the newest addition to the K&N product lines, Mr. Tapia expressed the buzz going through the company and around the industry around this new Blackhawk Induction system. "K&N is excited to showcase our new Blackhawk Induction Air Induction Systems. These systems add more horsepower and acceleration and have an overall black appearance. Each system features a black aluminum intake tube with a K&N Engraved plate and a K&N Dryflow® air filter element." When asked about how he would be spending his time in Vegas, Mr. Tapia reported how the show was the best opportunity of the year to see the whole automotive aftermarket industry in one place. "When I am not working the K&N booth, I enjoy walking around the different halls checking out the custom cars and talking to old industry friends." "I look forward to seeing all the custom vehicles throughout the SEMA show that use our product and display our logo proudly," said Tapia. Along with the Blackhawk Induction systems, K&N will also be showcasing in booth 22943 a vast collection of performance air filters, air intake kits, premium oil filters and accessories.
