The Make It Right Foundation was started by Pitt to help build environmentally friendly homes in the 9th ward of New Orleans for displaced hurricane victims.
Team riders Matt Boni and Troy Adams both qualified for the main event and Boni placed a career high tenth place. Adams went on to finish 17th for the night. Boni, of Geneva, Florida is currently in 14th place in the point standings and Adams is in 22nd place.
“When a friend of mine suggested we team up with Brad Pitt it was a no-brainer,” said Carey Hart. “I think the look of the bikes was great. Anything we can do for this worthy cause is cool.”
Carey Hart’s team could not have been in New Orleans, Louisiana without the support of all its sponsors including K&N. Hart & Huntington Tattoo Supercross riders use K&N oil filters KN-116.
