A quick YouTube search for “RJ Anderson” will find the UTVUnderground.com video from 2013 titled RJ Anderson XP1K. This video became a huge success and currently has almost 1.6 million views. RJ Anderson and the UTVUnderground team have created a follow up YouTube video featuring RJ behind the wheel of a highly modified Polaris RZR XP1000 side by side. The latest YouTube release is aptly named UTVUnderground Presents: RJ Anderson’s XP1K2.
The seven minute sequel builds on the intense off-road action featured in XP1K giving the audience an intense YouTube experience. More than a year of planning when into the development and execution of XP1K2 with a month spent creating the off-road playground and fourteen days spent filming on location near Mount Baker, Washington. “We wanted every stunt in XP1K2 to be sketchier and more gnarly than our first video,” said co-director and Mad Media CEO Matt Martelli.
RJ Anderson is a professional off-road racer who currently competes in the Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series (LOORRS) in both the Pro-Lite and Pro 2 truck classes. Additionally, RJ races a Polaris RZR XP 1000 in the WORCS off-road racing series in the Pro UTV class. RJ and his team rely on the performance and protection provided by K&N filters.
