K&N Engineering manufactures universal air filters for a wide variety of
applications. Regardless of the angle, offset diameter of the air intake, there
is a K&N Universal Air Filter for your equipment.
K&N's RC-5166 Universal Air Filter
The new RC-5166 is constructed like all K&N Universal Air Filters, with ultra-strong pliable rubber flanges which absorb vibration and allow for secure attachment. Universal air filter flanges can stretched for up to 1/16 inch (1.5mm) to fit in-between sizes. The black powder coated filter top has a threaded stud for secure mounting.
The flange length is 1.375 inches (35 mm) which allows plenty of room to clamp around many engine intakes. K&N Universal Air Filters are ideal for extended use in dirty and dusty conditions. Washable are reusable, the RC-5166, like all other K&N Filters is a work horse. It is designed to provide high air flow and increase horsepower and acceleration while providing excellent engine protection.
