The K&N RU-3106HBK universal rubber air filter is washable, reusable, and guaranteed to last

The K&N RU-3106HBK universal rubber air filter features a lightweight Dryflow three-dimensional oil-free synthetic media that includes non-woven polyester that assures it performs as advertised even in the harshest conditions. Tests confirm that it has a filtration efficiency of 99.52%. It also includes a wire mesh for support on both sides to assure durability and strength. The round tapered filter includes a 1-inch durable and flexible urethane flange and has a base inside diameter of 6-inches, base outside diameter of 7.5-inches and a total height of 4.875-inches. The filter is designed to clamp on and be cleaned every 50,000 miles depending on driving conditions. If properly cleaned every 50,000 miles of use, the filter should last for as long as you own your vehicle.

K&N also offers the 99-0624 synthetic air filter cleaning kit specially formulated for synthetic air filters. Packaged in a 32-ounce spray bottle, the cleaner dissolves grime and dirt build up on the filter that can be washed away with water.
