K&N's 57-3053 Fuel Injection Performance Kit Gen2 for the 2005 Pontiac GTO

K&N Engineering has a Generation II 57-Series Fuel Injection Performance Kit (57-3053) for the midsize coupe. K&N tests have shown a 13.95 horsepower gain at 5700 RPM with this intake.

The intake, like all other K&N intakes, was engineered to work within the GTO's computer specifications while maximizing power and allowing air to flow with little restriction. The 2005 to 2009 Mustang V-6 is powered by a 4.0-liter, 60 degree, single-overhead-cam-engine. Many of the advanced technologies used on the V-8 are incorporated in the V-6.

Those opting for the V-6 model already have 202 horsepower form the 4.0. However, the power on the V-6 does not have to stop there.

The 2006 Dodge Magnum is a big block muscle car designed with the latest technology. Its Hemi is a high point of V8 performance engine design. K&N Engineering improved this powerful engine with its Generation II 57- Series Fuel Injection Performance Kit (57-1542).

K&N tested a 2005 Dodge Magnum RT 5.7L V8 on its in house dynamometer. The result was a 21.09 horsepower gain at 5216 RPM. The 57-1542 FIPK is also made for the 2006 and 2007 Dodge Magnum with the 6.1 and 5.7 liter engine, 2008 to 2014 Dodge Challenger 6.1L, 2005 to 2014 Dodge Charger 6.1L and 5.7L V8 and 2005 to 2014 Chrysler 300C with the 6.1 and 5.7 liter engines.
