Unleash Hidden Power with K&N's FIPK® for Jeep Liberty 3.7L V-6

RIVERSIDE, CA - Get more power and improved throttle response from your 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Jeep® Liberty 3.7L V-6 engine with a K&N 57-Series Fuel Injection Performance Kit (FIPK®), PN 57-1540. The high-flow low restriction High-Flow Air Filter element is the cornerstone of the FIPK® system. This filter can be cleaned dozens of times, and will save you money over the life of your Jeep® Liberty. The engineers at K&N developed and dyno-tested the various components of the FIPK® kit to extract hidden horsepower from the Jeep® Liberty 3.7L engine by giving it what it needs to make power - more air.

Surrounding the High-Flow Air Filter element is a heat reflective metal shield. By isolating the K&N High-Flow Air Filter from engine heat, the shield helps keep incoming air cool for a denser, more powerful intake charge. Incoming air is further isolated from engine heat by a composite tube that connects the High-Flow Air Filter to the fuel injection intake. This tube is designed to optimize airflow velocity in order to improve throttle response and torque throughout the entire rpm range. You'll also love the throaty engine sound that the K&N FIPK® kit unleashes from your Jeep® engine at full throttle.

K&N FIPK® kit for Jeep® Liberty bolts on easily in under 90 minutes and requires only basic hand tools for installation. All K&N FIPK® kits are 50-state legal and the High-Flow Air Filter element is backed by the famous K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty . For more information, please contact K&N Engineering, Inc., P.O. K&N's New FIPK® Intakes Give Dodge Durangos Up To 17.5 Dyno Proven HP

RIVERSIDE, CA - For all you die-hard Durango fans, look no further for performance filtration. K&N Engineering's new 57-Series FIPK (Fuel Injection Performance Kits) for the 5.7L Hemi (pictured) and the 4.7L V-8 offer guaranteed horsepower in an easy-to-install kit. Both kits incorporate a cone-shaped original K&N High-Flow Air Filter which is backed by the famous K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty® and can be cleaned and re-oiled with a K&N Recharger® Kit (sold separately).

On K&N's in-house Dynojet dynamometer, the FIPK®, Part# 63-1094, equipped Hemi produced a maximum horsepower output of 273.15 at the rear wheels, an impressive 17.54 HP increase over stock. The 4.7 pulled 174.55 in stock form, jumping to 191.30 HP after the FIPK® installation. The K&N system maximizes airflow while protecting your engine from harmful particulates as small as .05". The heart of the FIPK® Intake Kit is its original K&N High-Flow Air Filter, comprised of four layers of woven cotton-gauze fabric, which are sandwiched between aluminum mesh screen, then treated with a specially-formulated filter oil to capture dirt and debris as it smoothes air flowing through the filter.

Connecting the filter to the engine is an aerodynamically engineered, roto-molded polyethylene intake tube designed to smooth airflow and drive massive amounts of air into the engine. As with other FIPK® applications, the Durango kits come complete with all the necessary hardware and installs easily with no drilling required. This system is street legal in most states.

In addition to this new FIPK®, K&N also offers two OE-upgrade filters for the new Durango: a washable/reusable replacement air filter (PN 33-2288) and a Performance Gold Oil Filter (PN HP-2004).

New K&N 57-Series FIPK® Cold-Air System Makes The Ram SRT-10 Even More Exciting

RIVERSIDE, CA - Ford and Dodge continue to duke it out for muscletruck supremacy. Just when the Lightning appears to claim the crown, Dodge unveils the 500-HP Ram SRT-10, powered by the Viper-inspired 8.3L V-10. K&N Engineering has been on the fast-truck bandwagon for years and proudly introduces a new 57-Series Fuel Injection Performance Kit (FIPK®) for the SRT-10, Part No. 57-1541. Dyno-testing revealed that this K&N cold-air system improved horsepower and torque across the powerband. (See the dyno chart at www.knfilters.com.)

The 57-Series FIPK® system makes more power by replacing the restrictive factory airbox and intake tract. More air into the engine equates to added power.

K&N begins with one of its famous High-Flow Air Filters, isolated from underhood heat by the kit's powdercoated heat shield. Compared to the factory filter, the K&N unit is freer-flowing and traps more dirt. Plus, this filter can be washed and re-oiled with a K&N Recharger® Kit. Normally outlasting the vehicle, the K&N High-Flow Air Filter comes with the K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty® and can be serviced as seldom as every 100,000 miles under optimal conditions.

The K&N filter attaches to an aerodynamically designed intake tube that's made of polyethylene. This allows the free-flowing tube to be routed for minimal turbulence and also helps dissipate heat. Installation is easily completed by the do-it-yourselfer. No drilling is required, and the 57-Series kit includes illustrated instructions as well as all necessary mounting hardware.

For the SRT-10, K&N also offers a washable/reusable replacement filter (PN 33-2297) as well as a Performance Gold® Oil Filter (PN HP-2004).

K&N Announces 57-Series FIPK® Cold-Air System For BMW M3s

RIVERSIDE, CA - In 2003, AutoWeek declared the BMW M3 "Best Sports Coupe." Other enthusiast magazines have bestowed similar accolades on the car. But K&N engineers have given the M3 an even more valuable gift: more power.

In stock form, the 2001-2005 BMW M3's 3.2L engine puts out 333 HP-more than 100 horsepower per liter. K&N offers guaranteed horsepower for the M3's S54 straight-six with its new 57-Series Fuel Injection Performance Kit (FIPK®), Part No. 57-1003. Owners of 1995-1999 M3's can benefit as well with K&N's PN# 57-1000 Intake Kit.

Simplistically, K&N produces this extra power by feeding the engine a greater volume of air than the stock paper filter and airbox can. The 57-Series FIPK® is aerodynamically engineered to accelerate incoming air through the system: from the time it hits the filter's pleats through the kit's precision-formed intake tube and past the BMW mass-airflow sensor.

To keep incoming air as cool and dense as possible, the 57-Series FIPK® shrouds the filter in a metal heat shield. Air is then cleaned by an original K&N High-Flow Air Filter. Its filtration surface is made of multiple layers of oil-impregnated cotton over stainless-steel mesh. This time-proven design increases airflow while attracting and trapping more dirt than the OE filtration system. Backed by the K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty®, this filter can be repeatedly washed and re-oiled with a K&N Recharger® Kit. Service intervals as high as 100,000 miles.

Installation is easily completed by the do-it-yourselfer. No drilling is required, and the 57-Series kit includes illustrated instructions as well as all necessary mounting hardware.
